At IREF The Game, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return policy below:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 30 days of your order date.
    • We will replace the damaged or defective product at no additional cost to you.
    • The replacement product will be shipped to you for free.
  2. Returns on Unused Products:
    • We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of your order date.
    • To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a full refund for the product price and applicable taxes.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Size Exchanges:
    • If you purchase the wrong size, you can exchange the product within 30 days of your order date.
    • The exchange will be processed at no additional cost for the product itself.
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product for exchange.
  4. Eligibility for Returns:
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
    • Additional non-returnable items include:
      • Gift cards
      • Downloadable software products and certificates
      • Memberships and subscriptions
  5. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@irefthegame.com.
    • Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return, replace, or exchange.
    • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  6. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
      • Book with obvious signs of use
      • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
